Recuerdos

Jerry Allen Fitch, 62, of Clinton, Montana passed away unexpectedly on February 20, 2023. He was born January 27, 1961, in Billings, Montana to Robert E. and Margie A. (Lagerwey) Fitch. Jerry attended West High School in Billings, Montana, he earned his GED and then enlisted in the Army. During his time with Diane Black, they had three children Tiffany, Brandy, and Brittany. Sixteen years ago, Jerry met his best friend and the love of his life Leah K. (Miller) Fitch, they married June 27, 2009. Family was very important to Jerry, he loved Leah’s kids and grandkids as his own. Jerry loved to barbeque with family and friends. He enjoyed a good game of darts or corn hole and going on long rides on his Harley with his wife. Jerry spent his life working construction and driving truck. At the time of his passing, he was living his dream - owning his own semi and delivering loads throughout the USA. Jerry is preceded in death by grandparents Maurice and Vivian (Nelson) Fitch, William Lagerwey Sr. , and Marga A. (Shearer) Thompson and his mom Margie A. (Lagerwey) Fitch. He is survived by his wife Leah, children Alicia, Amanda, David, Jenna, Tiffany, Brandy, and Brittany, 20 grandchildren, his dad Robert E. ¿Alguna vez aprendiste algo sobre Jerry que te sorprendió?

I learned that my dad didn't care about me or my baby. He always stuck up for his wife. Never had his daughter back. When I was little. My dad told me the last time I seen him. That no matter what he will always have my back and always fight for me. That was a lie. Wish thing would of been different. Did u ever really love mom.

¿Qué palabras usarías para describir a Jerry?

Well my dad was my hero when I was a lil girl. When I got older well when I met him at 18 he wasn't my hero anymore.

Dad this is ur daughter Brandy I know we were not talking but i was use to it I went my whole life without u and all I wanted was to have u love me like a father should. I was not being a good kid I know but know matter what.. I know I also hurt u taking ur grandson Austin away and I'm sorry but I did it for lots of reason. I get it ur wife controlled it it's cool I didn't feel like u loved me after18 years dad I met u and spend not long before I was disowned by u. Everyone in my life left.. I thought.meting u at 18 was supposed to make u want to spend time with her daughter but I was wrong i did start doing drugs because everyone i cared about left me to deal with what i went through living deb and bob. I love you and miss you but my heart is broken.. you were the father u were supposed to be. But u tried I get it. But if u would of cared for me like you did my son things might have been different All I wanted my whole life was to met my dad. Whe. I did. I didn't feel loved. U probably were happy. But parents are supposed to care what happens to there kids and u didn't care why now u are gone and well I just want you to know I do love you dad.. i tried after u died to reach out to ur wife Leah. But nope even though my father died she still doesn't care if I am okay. Do not worry I have been alone and taking care of me my whole life I'm good.. miss you
