Larry Raymond McCrary

Larry Raymond McCrary, 76, of Missoula passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 6th, 2022 at St. Patrick Hospital, of natural causes. He was born on March 20th, 1946 in Hamilton, MT to Robert and Juanita McCrary. As a young boy they moved to Deer Lodge and around the age of 13 they moved to Missoula. In October 1965 he insisted in the Army. While in, he was shipped to Germany which was the best part for him. He had many fond memories while over there. He was honorably discharged in September 1967. Winter of 1971 he met the love of his life Jamie Grogan, at the Moose Club. April 22nd 1972 they were married. After many years of trying, in August of 1986 they had a baby girl. He was so happy and such a proud father. During his life he had many hobbies. He was a member of the Moose Club, Playing baseball, he was on a bowling league. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family was most important. In 2007 he became a grandfather for the first time. He could not have been more proud. Spent all his time with him that he could. Taking him swimming, and to the store and bought him a battery powered motorcycle, amongst so many other things. In May 2022 he was blessed with a 2nd grandson, Noah. He is proceeded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his wife Jamie McCrary, daughter Jenny Fisher (Jeremiah) Brothers David and Roger McCrary. 2 grandsons Levi and Noah Fisher. Niece Lyndsay Foster and 2 nephews Roger McCrary and Neil McCrary Memorial will be held September 16th 2022 at 12pm, at Elevate Church at the outside pavilion. We will have a potluck.
