Thomas F. Smyth

Thomas F. Smyth former resident of Missoula Montana returned to his creator at his home on December 7th 2021. He was born on October 15th 1953 to Frank R. Smyth and Joan Johnson. He grew up in the small town of Anaconda, MT and moved to Missoula, MT to pursue a career with Opportunities Inc. He was never married and did not have children. Thomas graduated with a BA in Health and Human Services from the University of Montana. Thomas had a special love for animals and during his lifetime his pets were his pride and joy and great companions He was preceded in death by his sister Flo Foley and brother Star Smyth Thomas was respected and loved by the many hearts and minds he touched upon this earth. Thomas loved spending the holidays with his family and friends and sharing the important things in life. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of those who were a part of his life on earth. Thomas is survived by his older sister, Cynthia Ann Smyth and his younger brother Shane Smyth as well as many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his Father Frank R. Smyth and his Mother Joan Johnson. A cremation has taken place and at a later date the family will hold a celebration of life service for him at a place to be announced. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Missoula Humane Society in honor of Thomas.
