Leonard Lenier Wilson

Leonard was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma to William Leonard Wilson and Jewel Katherine Dilbeck on November 22, 1937. His family moved to California for work in 1941. Leonard grew up in San Pedro, CA where he graduated from San Pedro High School. He married Peggy Baker and had two children, Kim and Nick. He later moved to Hesperia CA where he lived for 25 yrs. Leonard lived a full life traveling the country on his Harley Davidson with friends. Target shooting in the desert and finding old rusty treasures. Having lunch, and his favorite beer, MGD every day at the Moose, and Eagle lodge was a 25 yr ritual. He was most at home at his lodge doing fundraisers for needy causes and helping others. On Jan 22, 2023 he passed over quietly during the night in Missoula, Montana. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed watching his great grand daughters play. Leo, Dad, Gramps will be greatly missed but his quiet smile will not be forgotten.
