Onida Eileen Flint

Onida Eileen Flint was born January 24th, 1959, in Missoula, MT, to Martin T. Holman and Edith Lucille Allison. She was the youngest of five with four older siblings to dote on her: Arthur, Donald, Wade, and Ronald. She attended Jefferson High School and graduated with the class of 1977. Onida married Ray Gibson in 1979 and they welcomed two children: Michael and Racheal. She welcomed a second daughter, Crystal, with Richard Gibson. Ray and Onida divorced in 1985. Shortly after, Onida met the love of her life, Kenneth Flint, and to their union one child was born, Kyle, a great Christmas gift.

 

Onida loved camping, fishing, crossword puzzles, and the company of family and friends. She especially loved having her “fur babies” around. She will be remember for her smile, her laugh, her caring nature for others, and most of all her stubbornness, haha!

 

Onida is survived by her children: Michael Holman, Racheal (Eric) Hansen, Crystal (Cory) Burrows, and Kyle (Christan  Stevens) Flint; her brothers: Arthur (Camille) Holman, Wade (Carol) Holman, and Ronald Holman; her sister-in-law, Patricia Holman; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and numerous extended family and friends.

 

Onida was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth, in 2020; father, Martin Holman; and her mother, Edith Holman; grandson Eric James Hansen; her nephew Lance Holman, great-nephew Tanner Holman, and many others.
