My heartfelt sympathies go out to Patti and children. I was saddened at the news of Rob's passing. Rob and I worked together for several years in Florida. He was a man of integrity, devoted to his family, a good leader and valued team player. My prayers are with his family in this time of loss.

I worked for and, ultimately, with Rob over the years during our respective careers at Allstate. He was a caring, thoughtful, and supportive leader and friend who put his family first. I remember how important family vacations were to Rob and how much planning he put into the trips. It sounds like, at his passing, he was doing what he loved most and that was traveling making memories. Rob and his family have always been held in high regard by Teri and I and we are saddened by his death. We pray that his family will find strength in knowing Rob lived an honorable life, influenced so many, and was loved by all.

So many good memories of a very dear friend. I'll always remember our fun times playing pickleball together at Ultimar. Rob was an excellent athlete & so very kind & tolerant of the likes of me. I will miss you a lot, Rob. Please feel free to continue the coaching.

I worked with Rob in the Southern Region of Allstate in Nashville, TN. Rob always had a smile on his face and we shared many good laughs. He was smart, funny and always willing to help. The world is a little dimmer after his bright light went out.

Man do I absolutely love this guy! He was one hell of a leader! He loved underwriting (weird, I know), but loved helping and pushing people even more. He reminds me so much of my husband, as they lived life to its fullest! I am sure Jim was there when Rob got his wings, to give him a big hug. I can't thank Rob enough for all he taught me. It's more important to do what's right...than play the political game! I am keeping Pattie, the kids and grandkids, in my prayers. He loved them so much!!! Adding a pic when I gave him the Allstate Chairman's Award upon his retirement. Much love, Rob I sure will miss you, sweet friend!
