Recuerdos

Charlene Mae (Clark) Rippel, Age 62 of Missoula, Montana passed away September 6th in her lovely home she shared with her best friend, Billy in Missoula, Montana due to natural causes.

Char was born January 21st 1962 in Olney Illinois to Charles Clark and Ruth Webb.

She always wanted to travel and the moment she was old enough she did exactly that. She got married to Merle Rippel and had her 1st born son, Anthony. They moved down to Oklahoma. She then later Moved to Colorado having her 2nd child, Josh. She then traveled around with Tony and Josh visiting places such as, Arizona, Navada and around Colorado. Merle and her eventually parted ways and she met Joe later having her baby girl, Angel and moved down to South Dakota with her best friend Terry Fried and her two baby girls, Corri and Ronni.

She took trips throughout seeing Mount Rushmore, the badlands and enjoyed Sturgis Rally every summer. She continued her traveling adventure with her daughter seeing the whole east coast and enjoying the ocean scenery. But her heart belonged to the mountains. So, she continued her dream to move to Montana and eventually settling in Missoula. Even then, she still continued her traveling adventures seeing Idaho, Seattle down along the coast to Cape Disappointment and seeing the Oregon coast and so many more places in the United States. She spent years enjoying the beauty that Montana has to offer. She loved the back roads, the rivers and lakes, the fresh air and fresh water and always enjoyed the weather that just came with it. Even in the snow she would come out with a smile to warm even the coldest of days.

She loved BBQ’s and could always throw a good one getting the knick-name, Char-B-Q. she enjoyed a good water fight and sometimes would throw in a food fight when the time was right. She knew how to have fun and her laugh would make the grumpiest of people laugh. She would light up a room just by walking in.

She believed in helping others and paying it forward. She would never hesitate to give somebody warm clothes, food to eat and water or a Gatorade on hot days.

She loved being a mother and many others called her Mama Char because she was a mom to all. She got a degree in phycology because she loved helping others and wanted to better understand people.

She loved the holidays. Spending time with family and her grandbabies were her favorite.

She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was the hardest worker you ever met and one of the strongest women that ever lived.

She loved music, BBQ Food and water fights, lilac flowers, Plants, Mountains and adventures and of course her favorite movies and shows. Klaus, Baywatch, and CSI Miami.

She survives by the beautiful and amazing memories of all that love her and call her Mama Char.

She also survives by her children and grandbabies.
