Patricia Lucille Scott

Patricia Scott, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother peacefully passed from this world with her family by her side on December 27, 2021. She will be greatly missed as the matriarch of her family. She is preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Frieda Clark. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Charles Scott, who took care of her at the end of her life. She is also survived by her sisters Phyllis Clark and Helen Bergman, as well as her 4 children Charlie Scott, Sara Chouinard (Mike), Phyllis Slominski (Darren) and Donalee Shear. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren Joelle Menke (Gunner Menke) Rebecca Cowan (Benny and Beau) and Austin Slominski, Christian, Jesse, and Sabrina Chouinard, Koleena and Wesley Shear, and Aurora and Sterling. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Parkinson’s and Dementia foundations. Services will be announced in the summer.
