Uriah Joseph DeNeut
14 de noviembre de 1978 - 7 de septiembre de 2024
14 de noviembre de 1978 - 7 de septiembre de 2024
Uriah Joseph DeNeut was born in the early evening on November 14, 1978, in Alberton, MT, to Mike and Kathy Deneut, their firstborn son. From the start, he was a fun, active boy who already loved helping Dad hunt for deer by the early age of 3. He delighted in his brothers—Mason, who came along when he was 3, and Tyler, 3 years later—as the oldest brother, Uriah was the leader of the pack! He was a great helper to his mom and dad, always watching out for his brothers (when he wasn’t teasing them), and loved them dearly.
Uriah attended primary school in Sun River, MT, then 5th and 6th grade in Hazelton, ID, before the family returned home to Alberton, MT in 1991, where he finished middle school and high school with all his friends he had known since birth. He was very proud of helping his Mom, Dad, and friends build the family home that he loved so dearly.
In 2007, Uriah married Jessie Lundberg and together they built a home and a life together in Rock Creek, MT. In 2011, they welcomed their daughter, Bianca, into the world, and from that point on, Uriah was the proudest father there could be. Bianca adored her father just as much—she was always “Daddy’s little Bean” and “little buddy.” After Uriah and Jessie parted ways in 2014, he remained a dedicated father who cherished his time with his Bean, spending countless hours together on Salmon Lake passing down his fishing wisdom and more.
In addition to his enduring love for Bianca, his many passions included hunting (pheasant, deer, and elk), his Labradors, playing the guitar, shooting trap, his pool league, football, and of course fishing, all of which he excelled at. He was proud of his athletic accomplishments during his time at Alberton High School, where he was a skilled player on the basketball and football teams. In his professional career, Uriah became an expert in his chosen specialty of installing insulation, building a successful insulation division at his employer of many years before proudly opening his own insulation business.
Sadly, on Saturday, September 7, 2024, we unexpectedly lost Uriah at the age of 45, far too soon. Uriah was preceded in death by his beloved father Michael DeNeut, stepfather Curt Cornelius, grandfather Richard DeNeut, grandmother Donna DeNeut, and grandfather Roy Yarrow. Uriah is survived by his only daughter Bianca, his mother Kathryn Cornelius, brothers Mason DeNeut and Tyler DeNeut, stepbrother Tyrell Cornelius, grandmother Mary Hoppe, his cherished nieces and nephews Lucy and Lyra DeNeut (Mason) and Bridger, Brodie, and Grace DeNeut (Tyler), and numerous other relatives and friends.
Uriah would not have cared much about flowers—his devotion to his daughter was his proudest achievement. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be forwarded to his mother, Kathy, for a savings account to be established in Bianca’s name.
We know Uriah is somewhere right now on a calm, sparkling lake, catching up with his dad over a beer in the sun, while hunting that monster pike. May his soul rest in peace.

Uriah you were an amazing person. Everyone who ever met you loved you so much. You made a great memories with all your friends and loved ones, wether that was fishing or cleaning the fish, hunting, learning how to ride a bike, ride a lawn mower, how to just be a good person, and how to love somebody no matter their flaws. You were one of those amazing people so rare and a heart of gold. An amazing father and Bean was your pride and joy which was such a joy to watch as she grew up and you grew with her. The world is sad without you. Thank you for all the love and care that you've given to all of us, lessons and all. You will be truly missed forever. We love you so much.
