Brad and I corresponded quite a bit several years ago. His mother and my family descended from immigrants to the Hudson Valley. He readily shared the information from his genealogy research of the Kells family. It was very helpful to me and I enjoyed our conversations. I am sorry that he is gone.

It is so true that most of us did not know the depth of Brad's passions and accomplishments. Thank you for sharing this. It's a beautiful portrait of the man you love. I remember him as always being kind, patient and keen to share his skills and knowledge without the need to raise awareness of own level of accomplishment. I have missed you both since we left the US. You have been a real gift and inspiration to me over the years. I thank you for that and hope that Brad knew he was loved dearly by us all. You have both been there for us when times have been hard and became part of our family as you supported us through our journey of discovery in the US. The support and love you both gave to our daughter over the last thirty years has been so wonderful and a great comfort to me to know that she has had you in her life. Brad took an interest in Alex from when she was four years old and shared his love of stamp collecting and knowledge on many different subjects. He was loved by us all and always will be.
